HedgeLeap values your experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange.

  • Applies to purchases made on HedgeLeap.com only
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Orders placed using a Creator Promotion Code follow a separate return policy (14 days from delivery).

How to request

Please email our customer support team with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout
  • Reason for return or exchange

Important notes

  • Orders confirmed as delivered but lost or stolen are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Damage caused by customer misuse (dropping, spilling, contamination, etc.) is not eligible.

Outside purchases

For items purchased from authorized retailers or other platforms, please follow the return policy of the retailer you purchased from.

Returns for Promotion Code (Creator Coupon Code) Orders

If you used a promotional code or discount code (creator coupon code) at checkout,
return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

If the return is approved, a full refund of the product price will be issued, excluding the original shipping fee.
(Shipping fees are non-refundable.)

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?

In most cases, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost when returning a product. However, we may provide free return shipping for certain products or under certain circumstances.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?

Once we've received and processed your return, it can take several business days for your refund to be issued. The exact timeframe may depend on your payment method and bank processing times.
