Are your products ethically made?
Yes, we’re committed to ethical manufacturing practices and hold our products to the highest clean-beauty standards. All HedgeLeap products are cruelty-free, never tested on animals, and produced in Korea at ISO-certified and CGMP-approved facilities.
Our manufacturing partners specialize in natural, skin-friendly formulations, and their teams of expert researchers continuously develop and refine our products to ensure safety, quality, and performance.

Is the scent strong enough to use like a perfume?
HedgeLeap is designed as a perfume body lotion, created to give you a quiet boost of confidence throughout your day.
The first impression is bright and perfume-like, but it settles into a soft, elegant trail that feels intimate and long-lasting. After a shower, you may not need to apply additional perfume — the scent stays naturally and subtly on your skin.
If you’d like to refresh the fragrance before or after heading out, simply apply a little more on your wrists or décolletage for a perfume-like effect.
Is a perfume body lotion irritating to the skin?
Although our lotion carries a perfume-like presence, the formula is designed to be exceptionally gentle. We use plant-based ingredients and skin-loving actives to keep your skin comfortable, hydrated, and calm — without irritation.
If you have extremely sensitive skin or are sensitive to fragrances, we usually recommend choosing a fragrance-free product.
However, if traditional spray perfumes tend to feel harsh or overwhelming, our lotion can be a softer alternative. You can apply a small amount to targeted areas like the wrists or décolletage to enjoy the scent just like a perfume, but with a much gentler touch.
Can the scent smell different from person to person?
Yes — while our fragrance formula itself stays consistent, the way a scent is perceived can vary from person to person. Individual skin chemistry, daily condition, and personal scent preferences can influence how the fragrance feels on your skin.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
We take the safety of our customers very seriously, and we understand that pregnancy and breastfeeding can be a sensitive time. Our lotions do contain high-quality fragrance notes, so if you’re sensitive to scents, we recommend applying only a small amount or choosing a fragrance-free option.
While our formula is gentler than traditional spray perfumes, those who are very sensitive to fragrance during pregnancy or breastfeeding may prefer to avoid scented products altogether. Everyone’s body reacts differently during this period, so please use what feels most comfortable for you.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

We’ll arrange an immediate replacement or reshipment for you.
Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?
Shipping address changes can be made within 3 hours of placing your order.
After this time, we may not be able to modify the address as the package may already be processing for shipment. We appreciate your understanding!

HedgeLeap values your experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange.
- Applies to purchases made on HedgeLeap.com only
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Orders placed using a Creator Promotion Code follow a separate return policy (14 days from delivery).

Important notes
- Orders confirmed as delivered but lost or stolen are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Damage caused by customer misuse (dropping, spilling, contamination, etc.) is not eligible.

For items purchased from authorized retailers or other platforms, please follow the return policy of the retailer you purchased from.
Returns for Promotion Code (Creator Coupon Code) Orders
If you used a promotional code or discount code (creator coupon code) at checkout,
return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
If the return is approved, a full refund of the product price will be issued, excluding the original shipping fee.
(Shipping fees are non-refundable.)
Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?
In most cases, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost when returning a product. However, we may provide free return shipping for certain products or under certain circumstances.
